Ted Nugent admits to chasing young girls 40 years ago. If he were a Democrat, he’d wear it as a badge of honor. But, as a Republican, it means Christians will cannibalize him.

“Throw the first stone,” Jesus said, “he who is without sin.” Christians, from the faith of forgiveness, from the religion of mercy, each knowing that he himself has been forgiven, pounce without waiting—not when they are reminded that every man is a sinner, but when they see the evidence after the devil digs up the dirt.

Politically speaking, cannibalism hasn’t worked  for the failing Religious Republicrats.  · · · →

Fighting the NSA gives the NSA reason to hold on to phone records even longer. China’s desire to dominate the peaceful Pacific may leave China with neither peace nor dominance. The Ukraine holds a revolution that angers Russia while Russia holds the Winter Olympics. Cuba shuts down visa services since no bank wants the headache of transferring money to country black-listed as a “terrorist-haven”. 65% of Taiwanese disfavor unification with China, while the controlling political party seeks the same thing the people don’t want.

At what point does someone state the obvious? We have front-row seats during the prelude to war.  · · · →

Not many decades ago, Democrats tried to force silly ideas on the silent majority in America. Irritated, the majority voted just enough to put Republicans in power. Now, Republicans are doing the same thing the Democrats did—going against the obvious will of the majority, only this time, that majority isn’t so silent.

Six years ago, the adult kids, fed up with unexplained rules, voted opposite their parents. Now, elections are teaching young and old about consequences. Back and forth politics have made the nation so dizzy that a third party is not only possible—it’s about to become unavoidable.  · · · →

Institution Wars (mp3)

America is engaged in two silent, civil wars: the people vs the political establishment and the people vs the religious establishment. In both conflicts, the establishment is the minority.

IHOPKC experienced a tragedy 18 months ago with a “pied piper” leader in their ranks who’s story ended with immorality and a murder case. While Mike Bickle and Allen Hood pick up the pieces, we can only pray that they see—that rogue leader only had power because of “establishment Christianity”.

Democrat-Republicrat politics-as-usual are no different. Establishments invite corruption. Organic friendships and unorganized, ordinary people doing daily deeds—these reflect God’s Kingdom.  · · · →
