The Piel:
# I controversially agree with Obama policy on a few things.
## Dropping warning leaflets before bombing oil trucks was wise, humane, and good.
## Passing by China’s man-made military islands peacefully and with a lot of equipment turned-off, while still doing the sail-by, was a very good idea. It was most shrewd and strong, warning China while leaving no room for even the smallest excuse from Beijing.
## The travel advisory was appropriate and shrewd. Having travelers on alert will make problems difficult to create.
## The Iran deal was just the terrible deal we need to wake everybody up. It will get the power brokers to end their corporate merger dreams and focus on finding who will make us strong enough to survive the future.
# Colorado shooter
## The guy was a kook who lived all by himself. So, he couldn’t have represented anyone—he lived by himself!
## It goes back to things I agree with DHS about: Single-issue, bubble-cult folks can be dangerous. Sunday morning also has a tendency to isolate people. Which is just another reason why I’m not identifying myself as a Christian. When the people who call themselves “Christians” agree to stop requiring the Sunday morning, dual-class sectarian Christianity, I might reconsider. Until then, sorry, I’m not one of the dangerous ones.
## One last thing… I believe in guns, but I don’t carry them. I support the whole Constitution, not just one part of it. But, I believe prayer is more powerful.
